Curriculum overview

How the MSBA–Finance curriculum is structured

The MSBA–Finance curriculum pairs an MBA business core with a focused sequence of finance courses on analysis, modeling, and valuation. Across 10 courses (30 credit hours), you'll build fluency in accounting, statistics, marketing, and organizational behavior—then apply that foundation to corporate finance, investments, derivatives, global markets, and a culminating valuation course.

Courses are taught by research-active faculty and experienced practitioners, giving you direct exposure to the quantitative tools, modeling techniques, and market knowledge that define careers on both the buy side and sell side of finance.
